Founded in 1985, Adams, Chase and Emerson, Inc.  was designed as a specialist collection service to provide the business-to-business community with an alternative to the stereotypical hard core slaughter house approach to collection. The Western Surety Co. bonds us.

We are Commercial Law League members in good standing.

Our collection attorney-forwarding base comes from subscriber memberships in:

• American Lawyers Quarterly
• The International/Domestic Lawyers Referral Directory

All claims forwarded to our attorneys are bonded as well.
 
We conduct business throughout the U.S. and Canada along with many foreign countries through our forwarding attorney networks.
